Description
The day starts off at 3:30AM when the Bell Ringers meet at the AVoL building to get their route information. At 6AM, members of the VFW Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary will start serving breakfast. We will have Veteran related vendors in the Main Hall starting around 6AM.
The Parade starts at 11:11am, in downtown Loveland with a route that Follows Railroad to 4th, Left on 4th to Garfield, Right on Garfield to 13th St., then Left on 13th to Dwayne Webster Park (Some of you call it Cannon Park). The Ceremony will be at the NE corner by the Memorial Statue.
The Grandstand area will be at the intersection of Garfield and W 6th (across from Truscott Elementary School). If you want to hear the float announcer, grab a seat on the blocks north and south of W 6th street!
This years speaker will be Kirstie Ennis USMC
She is a Veteran of the Afghanistan War.
Lunch will be served at the AVoL building after the ceremony at the AVoL. $5
