Happy Father's Day To All Dads!
It's amazing how Dads handle everything life throws at them.
Dads come in all shapes, sizes, makes and models.
Today, I'm going to talk about my dad and my husband, both of which are amazing fathers and husbands.
My dad goes the extra mile all the time. He doesn't get enough credit for all he does. He's always up to hang out with his grand-daughter, go fishing, and camping. Not to mention he is an incredible mechanic!
My husband - I can't say enough. He's the love of my life, my best friend, and the best dad my daughter could have. They joke around and play everyday. He works non-stop. Literally. If he's not at one of his jobs he's working in the yard and keeping it looking green and groomed.
Neither my Dad nor my Husband get enough credit for everything they do. They get along fantastic too! They do a yearly camping trip where they can relax, rejuvenate and well, just vent about what's bugging them and bond. It's something that I didn't realize I would treasure so much.
I love that these two dads can spend time together just being, well dads together.
For all the other dads out there, make some time to hang out with another dad and share your experiences. It's a great way to get bearings on being the dad you want to be, and to realize the strengths you already have.
