Gold Daisy Voting is OPEN!
It's time! I've gathered all the nominations and compiled them into a format for voting! I have to say there are a ton of active people out there who have nominated several wonderful places.
Wait! You dont' know what the Gold Daisy Awards are?
They are a great way to recognize your local businesses and entrepreneurs. I'd love to get your opinion on what your favorite thing to do, where you like to play, where you like to eat, and who you trust with your family care, etc! Let your favorites know you love them!
Gold Daisy Awards choose the best of the best in town based you your opinion! Who best to make the decision than you, the one whom actually patrons the businesses and who know best of the best around the area.

There are locations across Northern Colorado. Feel free to vote for places you wish to vote for anywhere you like. I was going to split this out but had more requests to keep the contest combined rather than split.
I would like to have places in both Loveland Territory (Loveland, Johnstown, Milliken, Berthoud, Windsor, Severance, Masonville etc) and Fort Collins territory ( Fort Collins, Wellington, Timnath, Red Feather, Laporte Etc) win in each category. You may vote for one in each territory or only one per question if you like. Just click the box next to your family favorite places.
Prizes for those who participate:
I will be awarding prizes in each category for those subscribers whose suggestion (business/location etc) win the awards, AND I'll have prizes for the businesses who win too! It's a WIN WIN situation. Prizes will include gift certificates to some of the winning places for those who nominated them (subscribers names will be put in a drawing based on winning nomination). For the businesses, Free listing in the Macaroni Kid directory and a feature article about the business for a week AND either Free Ad space for a month (banner ad) or a reduced rate (20% off a package) for longer period of time (businesses choice).
Dates and deadlines for voting.
June 17th Noon through end of day August 18th Midnight (new end date). I will then compile the votes and put them in the Gold Daisy guide to the Best of the Best in NOCO (I will break down winners by Loveland and surrounding areas and Fort Collins and surrounding areas for each newsletter)
