Welcome Everyone!
We kick off this week with Grandparents Day! Grandparents – our parents. We love them and so do our kids. This is the time for them to just enjoy the kids right? Well in some cases they are now parents to their grandkids. There are resources in our community that can help if this is the case for you. The Grand Family Coalition can be reached at https://www.grandfamilycoalition.com/. This group has resources and help for family (grandparents, uncles, aunts etc) raising kids. If you are in need of assistance of any kind and maybe just a group setting with others in a similar situation this is the group to connect with.
This weekend is a busy one for Mac Kid! Night on the Town in Loveland, DaySpring Dash in Windsor and Artisan you Old Fashioned Harvest Festival in Loveland as well. I’ll be at these events and handing out some samples of Peatos! I’d love your reaction to them. They are a new puffed crunchy savory snack for those looking for something a bit healthier than the alternatives.
Saturday the 15th is MKAOK day! What do you have planned? We are writing thank you notes to 1st responders and will deliver them early next week. I’ll have some paper and other items for you to use to create your thank you! If you want to take your card yourself to your favorite 1st responders you can! If not we will deliver them for you. Last year at Artisan You Old Fashioned Harvest Festival we did Kindness Rocks. It was a hit. I think the letters will be great too!

What's up next for Macaroni Kid? Well, I'm so excited to be working with Dayspring Dash, Artisan You for their Fall Festival September 15th. I'm also working on some Halloween events too. And a Christmas Event as well. Not to mention I'm working on some great events for 2019. The Preschool & Kids Activities Fair January 26th. The Summer Camp Fair will be in March. I'm looking at doing a Back To School fair next year too.
