Hosted in conjunction with the Loveland Farmers Market, the Honey Festival will feature eight local honey vendors, two mead vendors, and an assortment of honey-based skincare products, beeswax items, and bee-themed gifts. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample and purchase products while supporting local producers and artisans.

In addition to shopping and tastings, the event offers a variety of engaging experiences:

  • Observation Beehive – A live beehive display offering a close-up view of bees at work.
  • Busy Bee Kids Zone – featuring Mobile Recreation Trailer, the zone will feature bee-themed crafts, a face painter, climbing wall, large yard games, and recreation toys for all ages.
  • Honeybee Hustle – Hosted by Sweetheart Racing, this fun run and walk through Fairgrounds Park includes a children’s category for kids 10 and under.

“We are excited to host another year of the Honey Festival, bringing together farmers, artisans, and families to celebrate pollinators and their impact on our food systems,” said Kerry Helke, Sr. Recreation Coordinator. “This event is a wonderful opportunity to learn, taste, and play, all while supporting local businesses.”

Many regular Farmers Market vendors will also join the festivities, bringing special honey-inspired items and seasonal products. With honey and mead tastings, children’s activities, and unique shopping opportunities, the Honey Festival offers something for all ages.
