On cold, winter evenings, who likes to go out to fetch dinner for their family? Not me. We’ve been going through the struggle of meal planning for our family of five and more often lately, my husband and I come up with blank stares when our kids ask us “what’s for dinner?” during the work week.
Recently, we planned an evening to try out McDelivery and our whole family was excited for the experience. There are certain evenings that our family enjoys watching television shows together, so that was the plan: order McDelivery on a night where we don’t have to think about dinner choices, don’t have to run the kitchen or clean up, but instead, can enjoy our time together as family.
It was delightful! We ordered our McDonald’s favorites plus a couple of strawberry shakes for some extra fun on the DoorDash app. It was so simple to use! It took about 45 minutes for delivery. Our food showed up hot with it all packaged well, plenty of napkins and a drink carrier held our shakes. They still had the whip topping intact, which showed that they were freshly made before delivery.
Yes, there are many McDonald’s locations around town, but when time is precious on school nights or you’re like us with a lull in dinner planning, McDelivery is a fantastic option.
